High-Level Responsibilities

Working alongside our CEO, engage with existing customers and become familiar with business challenges and priorities

Take the leadership of our 8-person Engineering team, plan future expansion

Lead a robustness and risk analysis of our current system to identify the most critical points of failure or fragility

Define priorities for infrastructure and reliability improvements

Help set the roadmap for R&D and Production to ensure alignment with the business priorities

Collaborate with the product team to deliver features and fix issues when needed
ERP Deployment Consulting

Help structure and grow our customer support operations, including building up a small network of consultants capable of helping customer implement our Mushroom Farm Operating System ERP

Help ensure that operational concerns are integrated into the development process
Ops / Infrastructure

Lead the team implementing monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery systems for high availability

Ensure our objectives of system robustness, scalability, and performance are met

You are fluent in English, as well as another leading European language (ideally German)

You have solid experience leading small to medium-sized engineering teams

You are extremely punctual, reliable, dedicated, and willing to work hard alonside an A-Team

You are willing to travel extensively (50%) on low budget, while ensuring your team at home has all the support they need from you

Intelligence at the Edge: You will oversee a team deploying Machine Learning models to the edge using Embedded Vision and ROS 2. We focus on low-latency Computer Vision pipelines and autonomous Robotics navigation.

Engineering Leadership: You will manage the intersection of Firmware (C++/RTOS) and Cloud (Nuxt/Next), ensuring a unified Engineering Roadmap that balances innovation with production stability.
