What You’ll Do
We are seeking an individual that has customer skills and a passion for technology, who will be trained as our Product Ninja by working for 4 to 6-month periods at customer sites.

A first 6-month mission within a leading Polish mushroom farm will allow you to learn all about mushroom farming as you assist our customer to implement MycoSense Spotlight and Mushroom Farm Operating System ERP. After this intense training you will spend most of your time traveling the world, living near some of the biggest mushroom farms on every continent, helping clients adopt our technologies.
-
Work directly with mushroom farm managers, harvest supervisors, and pickers to understand real-world needs and pain points
-
Support the deployment and adoption of our Mushroom Farm Operating System (ERP) and AI-powered augmented-reality harvest guidance tools
-
Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, translating field feedback into clear product requirements and improvements
-
Assist in configuring workflows, data structures, and operational parameters tailored to each farm
-
Participate in on-site training sessions and help customers build confidence with new technologies
-
Test new features, prototypes, and workflows in real production environments before global rollout
-
Contribute to product documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge bases
What You’ll Learn
-
How large-scale food production actually works, from biology to logistics and labor management
-
The fundamentals of product management in a deep-tech / industrial SaaS environment
-
How AI, computer vision, and augmented reality are applied in real, non-demo conditions
-
How to manage product decisions based on user behavior, economics, and operational constraints—not slide decks
Why This Role is Different
-
This is not a desk-only junior PM role: you will live inside the product’s reality
-
You’ll gain rare exposure to global ag-tech operations early in your career
-
You’ll help shape products used daily by thousands of workers in essential food systems
-
Clear path toward Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Operations roles
Who You are
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy working with people on the ground
-
Genuine curiosity for technology (software, hardware, AI, data), even if you’re not an engineer
-
A practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to spend extended periods at customer sites
-
Ability to observe, listen, structure problems, and propose pragmatic solutions
-
Comfort with international travel and multicultural environments
-
Fluency in Polish, good mastery of English (additional languages are a strong plus)
